As a Support Worker, you will be empowered to make a positive impact in the lives of others. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with varying abilities, providing social and recreational support, domestic support, personal care and medication support, community access, meal preparation, and maintaining customer records.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Certificate III Individual Support (preferred) or demonstrated experience working with people with varying abilities, such as complex healthcare and behaviour support needs.
- Australian drivers licence (minimum P2)
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- First Aid Certificate or the ability to attain one.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the ability to attain one.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module or the ability to complete training.
- Working with Children Check (paid worker).
- Reliable smart phone.
- SCHAD's Award Level 2 casual pay rates based on skills and experience.
- Flexible working hours working on a fortnightly Roster.
- Training and development opportunities.
- Annual Flu Vaccination.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Shifts on offer include morning, day, evening, and weekend opportunities. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work independently as well as within a team environment, empowering people to achieve their goals, dreams, and aspirations.
