About a Key Partnership Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and strategy through partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand and diversify the partnership portfolio
  • Lead a team to deliver ambitious growth targets, drive market share, and achieve long-term partner success
  • Establish CRM processes for pipeline tracking, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making
  • Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships expanding the ecosystem and aligning with long-term objectives
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive ongoing partner success and retention
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to create and launch member experiences
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on contract terms, historical agreements, and commercial frameworks
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales/sales leadership experience selling into key sectors, preferably in loyalty, financial services, or B2B ecosystems
  • A track record of securing and delivering multi-million-dollar partnerships from lead generation through to contract execution
  • Strategic sales and negotiation experience, including management of complex commercial agreements
  • An understanding of loyalty programs, airline frequent flyer ecosystems, and data-driven partner value creation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-Suite audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite level professionals
  • Resilient and solutions-focused, bringing sound judgment, commercial acumen, and innovative problem-solving in challenging environments
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
