Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable on-call coordinator to provide timely responses to out-of-hours enquiries, including call-ins, incidents, and emergencies.

This role involves coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of all out-of-hours activities and communications, and providing administrative support during regular office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to out-of-hours enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or on-call role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and over the Christmas break as required.
  • Knowledge of NDIS or related disability support services.
