**ROLE**

**The Supporter Care Coordinator works within the Fundraising team providing warm, informed and engaging connection with Lifeline's supporters across multi-channels. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Supporter Care function within the Fundraising team in particular the accurate day to day capture of donor data in Salesforce, processing of donations and other supporter enquiries and answering of the phone.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Process donations and non-financial information accurately and efficiently into Salesforce.**:

- **Process donations, change of details, return to senders and other information about donors accurately.**:

- **Run queries, reports and mail merges for campaigns as required.**:

- **Make outbound calls to verify donor information on response forms or update details as required.**:

- **Provide a professional response to supporter requests and accurately capturing the information in Salesforce.**:

- **Assist with data cleansing, data deduplication and data enrichment of Salesforce.**:

- **Transforming and transferring data from multiple sources into Salesforce.**:

- **Create and maintain documentation on processes & policies related to the role.**:

- **Promptly, politely and professionally answer incoming telephone calls to the Fundraising team, resolve and refer queries efficiently and effectively.**:

- **Banking of donations as required.**:

- **Provide administrative support for fundraising activities and related programs such as annual appeals, events, bequests, major gifts, trusts and foundations, regular giving, workplace giving and other programs.**:

- **Working alongside the Database Manager and the Donor Services Coordinator to support the donor care strategy.**:

- **Provide strong administrative and donor relations support, donor record management and donor relation procedures.**:

- **Assist in the delivery of this work in accordance with the mission, strategic plan, and policies and procedures of Lifeline Australia**:

- **Actively participate through available means, to develop better work practices**:

- **Actively participate in team meetings, strategic planning and attend events and functions as required**:

- **Assist fundraising team with other general tasks as required.**

**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- **Advanced skills in Excel for data management.**:

- **Detail-oriented, with strong organisational, analytical, and planning skills.**:

- **Experience in the use of Salesforce especially in reporting and data updates using Dataloader or Jitterbit will be preferred.**:

- **Proficient in CRM usage for financial processing and contact management.**:

- **Excellent customer relations skills and telephone manner.**:

- **Demonstrate skills in managing complaints or difficult clients.**:

- **Ability to work autonomously and in a busy team environment.**:

- **Strong time management skills**
