Claims Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a Case Consultant to join our Group TPD Claims team at Acenda.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage a portfolio of claims to deliver timely outcomes for each customer by engaging with medical specialists and other authorized representatives.
- Provide exceptional service to customers throughout the management of the claim, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of policy wordings.
- Determine benefit entitlements throughout the duration of the claim while managing risk, meeting policy and compliance requirements.
This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment. It requires delegating authority reflecting consistently high performance, knowledge of legislation and regulations, and experience working in a life insurance claims context.
About You:- You will need deep life insurance claims experience, including knowledge of legislation and regulations, delegated authority reflecting consistently high performance, and experience working in a highly collaborative environment.
- A Certificate IV in Life Insurance is also required.
