Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable and values-driven individual to join our dynamic team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS). The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and improving the health of our people and community.

The position provides leadership and coordination for the safety and quality program for Public Health services in NMHS. Key responsibilities include providing coordination, development, implementation, and maintenance of effective clinical governance systems and processes for the Public Health services, facilitating audit processes to monitor compliance with relevant healthcare policy, regulations, and legislative requirements, supporting the development of safe, evidence-based clinical practice improvement programs, and providing advisory support and expert guidance in the implementation of the National Safety and Quality Primary and Community Healthcare Standards across the Public Health service.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as experience in public health and clinical excellence. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide expert guidance to staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant certifications or training may also be considered.
