At Juniper, we're seeking a dedicated Clinical Governance Improvement Specialist to join our team. This full-time role will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care across all our services.

You'll work closely with our operational teams to provide expert clinical guidance and leadership, focusing on clinical governance, evidence-based practice, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your goal will be to enhance outcomes for our residents and clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing or Allied Health with postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Clinical Governance, or Aged Care Management
  • Full current registration with AHPRA
  • Strong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical best practice, and risk management
  • Proven experience in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement
  • Experience with AN-ACC funding model
