Job Role:

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as an At-Home Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older members of our community.

You will work closely with our at-home care team to provide personalized support and assistance to clients, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives from the comfort of their own homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assisting clients with daily tasks and activities, such as transportation and light housekeeping
  • Supporting clients with personal care needs, such as grooming and dressing
  • Encouraging clients to engage in hobbies and interests, promoting mental and physical well-being

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or related field
  • A valid driver's license and First Aid/CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
