Job Title: Home Support Specialist
Description:
We are a leading provider of home care services, registered with the NDIS. Our team supports individuals with various needs, including personal care, social support, and domestic assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal care services to clients, including showering, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and social support to individuals, promoting their well-being and independence.
- Assist clients with capacity-building activities, such as learning new skills or developing daily living routines.
- Perform domestic assistance tasks, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light household cleaning.
Requirements:
- National Police Check (less than a year old).
- Driver's License.
- Comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained car.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline.
- Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care, and Personal Assistance qualifications.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check is advantageous.
