Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work with individuals and families to develop and implement behaviour change strategies that promote positive relationships and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver behaviour change programs that address men's issues and promote healthy relationships

• Work with individuals and families to identify and address underlying issues that contribute to negative behaviour

• Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement community-based initiatives that promote positive behaviour change

• Provide coaching and support to individuals and families to help them achieve their goals and develop positive relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, community development)

• Proven experience working with individuals and families to develop and implement behaviour change strategies

• Strong understanding of men's issues and the importance of promoting healthy relationships

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
