
Coffee Industry Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Growth Specialist.
This role involves driving our brand within the Melbourne community and spreading the love of coffee.
- Educate and inspire prospective customers about being a Wholesale Business Cafe Partner.
- Grow brand awareness, build relationships, generate leads, and increase sales.
- Represent us at industry events and other forums, where needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Providing solutions and an on-point customer experience.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A passion for coffee.
- Knowledge and experience in the coffee industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in new business development.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of small businesses.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new software platforms.
