We are seeking an enthusiastic and upbeat Coffee Sales and Account Manager to join our Melbourne team. In this full-time role, you'll play a vital part in building strong relationships and fostering loyal partnerships with cafés and restaurants across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Requirement:

• Extensive specialty coffee knowledge, a successful sales record, and broad hospitality experience.

• An eagerness to share your knowledge and grow as a professional.

• Excellent communication skills and effective use of technology.

• A valid, full driver's license is essential for this role.

In this role, you'll focus on both growing our client base and strengthening existing relationships across Melbourne and surrounding areas. Using your creativity and natural flair for connection, you'll support a diverse range of clients—from emerging entrepreneurs to experienced café managers, head baristas, and business owners. You will showcase your coffee expertise and knowledge, sales, account management as well as project management while applying strategic thinking to drive results. Strong administrative and analytical skills will also be key, enabling you to generate accurate reports with valuable, actionable insights. This role reports directly to the VIC Sales Manager.
