Job Title:
Account Manager - Coffee Industry. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team in a challenging role as an Account Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for managing state-based accounts, key stakeholders, developing and executing sales strategies, facilitating coffee training as required by customers, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage state-based accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Facilitate coffee training as required by your customers.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts, and acquire new business.
  • Manage customer data and contract compliance.


Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar B2B role.
  • Previous coffee industry experience is preferred.
  • You have strong commercial acumen.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and maintain relationships.
  • You have a 'customer first' mindset.
  • Computer proficient with MS365 Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You hold a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
