Campos Coffee is a leading specialty coffee brand founded in 2002, driven by quality, integrity and long-term relationships with producers, customers and staff.
We seek a Business Development Manager to drive our Melbourne presence and grow our network in Victoria, Southern States (VIC, SA, WA & TAS).
Your Role- Educate prospective customers about wholesale business cafe partnerships.
- Increase awareness of the Campos Coffee brand, product range and activities to build relationships, generate leads and grow brand awareness.
- Represent Campos at industry events and forums.
- Partner with sales operations, marketing, production and dispatch teams for demand planning insights and customer activation requirements.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in new business development.
- Experience in hospitality is highly regarded.
- Outstanding communication, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of small businesses.
- Knowledge of the coffee industry is desirable but not essential.
- A local commission structure.
- A tool of trade with petrol card, mobile phone and laptop.
- Support, training and onboarding program.
- A wealth of knowledge of coffee and shared love for coffee.
