Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning and Teaching Specialist to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our education recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading and developing teaching and learning practices in our Junior School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teachers in the Junior School, focusing on content knowledge, teaching methodology, classroom management, assessment, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver professional development programs that support teacher growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment frameworks that align with school goals and objectives.
  • Support the school's commitment to academic excellence and student well-being.
Requirements
  • Registered with the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA) and hold a current Working with Children Check.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teaching and learning practices in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents.
