Role: Early Childhood Teacher – Educational Leader

Location: Remote Opportunity

Centre: Goodstart Early Learning

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $59.13 (PLUS Ed Leader Allowance)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as an Educational Leader. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Educators to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
  • Lead and mentor Educators to enhance their skills and knowledge in child development and early years content.
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
