We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Business Partner. This role is responsible for supporting the Beverage Cans business in Australia and New Zealand, and will involve advancing your HR career in a business-partner role.

About the Role:
  • This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive workforce planning and monitor engagement trends using HR systems and metrics.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and talent management initiatives, including succession planning and onboarding.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field are highly regarded.
About You:
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in an operational HR role.
  • You are able to leverage HR systems and metrics to drive workforce planning and monitor engagement trends.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support the roll-out of Performance Management cycles across the Cans business.
    • Coordinate wellbeing, training, and development programs.
    • Champion rewards and recognition programs, and support engagement initiatives.
