Childcare Centre Manager

We are seeking a Child Care Director to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of the childcare centre including the provision of a high-quality program of care and education for children.
You will also look after the supervision and development of centre educators and workers for maintaining effective function of the service.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to centre staff
- Develop and implement programs for children's learning and development
- Maintain records of children's progress and well-being
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support for children
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised university degree or diploma in early childhood education
- Experience as an authorised or nominated supervisor in a childcare setting
- First aid and anaphylaxis training
- A working with children check
- A national police clearance
