About the Role

This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week. As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a skilled team, ensuring client standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
