Leadership Role in Horticulture

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Gardening Team Leader.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about horticulture, leadership, and teamwork to join our team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing green spaces across various contracts.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team to achieve outstanding results in lawn maintenance, pruning, and other related tasks. They will also be required to operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional results in lawn maintenance and pruning
  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard by following established protocols and procedures
  • Complete service requests as required and respond promptly to any issues that may arise

  • Previous experience in gardening using push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control, and spraying
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • White card
  • Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
