About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Garden Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our gardens, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week, a competitive salary, and superannuation benefits. If you have a passion for gardening and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, and implement solutions to ensure their garden maintenance needs are met.

Your duties will include following schedules, prioritizing tasks, and conducting regular inspections to assess the condition of our gardens and identify areas for improvement.

You will also be responsible for interacting with clients to address their concerns, provide updates on maintenance activities, and build strong relationships with them.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of our gardens, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
  • Implement solutions to ensure client garden maintenance needs are met.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess garden condition and identify areas for improvement.
  • Interact with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and build strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
