Lead a Gardening Team

About the Role

This role involves leading a team of gardeners to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts from Ipswich to Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors.

  • Lead a team of gardeners
  • Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Complete service requests as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
  • A valid manual driver's license
  • A white card
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • The willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
