Job Opportunity

The Senior Financial Leadership role is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and audit coordination across international operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with AASB, IFRS, ASIC, and internal standards to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Closed-Loop Process Management: Manage month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities to guarantee timely and accurate financial information.
  • Statutory Reporting: Oversee statutory reporting for Australian and international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits and maintain strong governance and internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and interests.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure ERP and BI system data integrity, supporting automation, and process improvements to optimize business performance.
  • Shareholder Reports: Prepare reports for overseas shareholders in compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS), promoting transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualification: Hold a CPA or CA qualification.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of AASB, IFRS, ASIC, and CAS.
  • ERP/BI Skills: Demonstrate expertise in ERP/BI systems, preferably Pronto and Power BI.
  • Linguistic Ability: Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
