Job Title

As a Director on our Board, you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy of our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large, complex and highly regulated organisations, particularly through periods of transformational change. They will possess strong governance skills, astute financial and commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • We are seeking experienced Directors with skills in any of the following areas:
    • Strategic Business and Commercial Acumen
    • Aged Care Clinical Governance (particularly application and oversight of Aged Care Quality Standards)
    • Senior acute care clinical governance experience (eg Senior medical officer/clinician or highly experienced health practitioner)
  • The successful candidate will be required to participate actively in the Board's calendar, including attendance at an annual full-day strategic planning session.
  • Additionally, we are looking for candidates with well-developed governance skills, astute financial and commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
