  • Knowledge of relevant mining legislation and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills and effective written and verbal communication.
  • Previous exposure to a Maintenance Management system (preferably Pulse).
  • Completed or willingness to complete supervisor training.
