Electromagnetic Effects/Communication and RF Design Systems Engineer

Job Opportunity
We are seeking Electromagnetic Effects/Communication and RF Design Systems Engineers to contribute to the successful delivery of BDA projects. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with international counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Work across various platforms, both internally and with external Aerospace customers to conduct test and verification of EMI/EMC customer requirements
- Develop Test Procedures and Test Reports and advise customers on EMI/EMC analysis and mitigation mechanisms to assure compatibility and safety of new and existing systems and interfaces
- Conduct EMI/EMC testing of hardware and software systems in both lab and in-field environments to verify adherence to MIL-STD-461/464
- Perform HIRF/Lightning, RF COSITE, Antenna Coupling & RADHAZ analysis and test
- Contribute to the open, inclusive, and innovative team culture and perform domestic travel as required
Requirements
- Tertiary degree qualification in an engineering or related technical discipline
- 2+ years experience in applying relevant engineering practices, standards, and regulations
- Desirable previous experience with MIL-STD-461/464 and previous EMI/EMC test experience in a lab environment
