Senior Production Coordinator

This critical role is key to maintaining seamless production and packaging operations across ANZ. The Material Planner & Contract Packaging Specialist will be responsible for coordinating third-party suppliers, managing inventory accuracy, and supporting timely wine delivery.
This permanent position involves:
- Coordinate 3rd party packaging and production planning
- Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Create and manage work orders and supplier quotes
- Support compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Maintain data flows between TWE and external suppliers
- Assist in contract and supply agreement processes
- Monitor and report on supplier performance and KPIs
- Ensure timely delivery of products through effective planning
- Process invoices and manage service fees for packaging
- Support supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have relevant administration and coordination work history, high initiative, drive, and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others, an open, receptive attitude to improvement, new ideas, and techniques, high level of organizational skills and time management, sound computer skills across the Microsoft Suite – Exposure to JDE such as Enterprise One is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Coordinate 3rd party packaging and production planning to ensure smooth operations
Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records
Sales Order Fulfillment: Process sales orders efficiently to meet customer demands
Contract Management: Assist in contract and supply agreement processes to ensure compliance
Data Analysis: Monitor and report on supplier performance and KPIs to improve operational efficiency
Communication: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Continuous Improvement: Support supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance business performance
