We are seeking a strategic leader to join our organization as the Talent and Workforce Strategy Lead. This exciting opportunity will see you shape meaningful employee experiences while driving strategic impact.
About the RoleThis permanent position reports to the Director, Talent & Capability, and is a key member of the leadership team. As the Talent and Workforce Strategy Lead, you will lead the strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives to ensure our organization has the right talent, capabilities and leadership pipeline to deliver on its strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement workforce planning and talent management strategies to ensure we have the right talent and capabilities to achieve our goals
- Oversee enterprise-wide governance for identifying and developing high-performing talent, succession planning and leading workforce architecture initiatives
- Use data and insights to align talent strategies with business priorities and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver a human-centred approach across all talent processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in talent management, workforce planning, HR transformation, or a related HR role (experience in medium–large scale organizations preferred)
- Demonstrated experience building and executing talent initiatives
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives and manage competing priorities
