We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred behaviour support services for individuals with disability under the NDIS. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with participants and their support networks to create and implement evidence-based plans that promote wellbeing and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing individualised positive behaviour support plans aligned with participant goals and NDIS plans
  • Providing high-quality support in home and community settings such as schools and group homes
  • Conducting physical and interpersonal assessments using functional assessment tools in various environments
  • Supporting engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills through therapeutic interventions
  • Completing reporting and administration tasks from home with flexibility
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary-level education in a relevant field
  • PBS Core or Proficient registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Minimum 6 months experience in positive behaviour support
  • Australian driver's licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check
