Fleet Administration Officer

Our organization is seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to oversee critical aspects of our Fleet operations. This role entails the administration and coordination of all fleet-related activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

  • Liaising with stakeholders including subcontractors, operations, and site managers to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of fleet information.
  • Processing claims and investigating discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating Heavy Vehicle registrations and insurance documentation.
  • Administering logistic requirements for National Fleet processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform comprehensive administrative tasks related to fleet operations.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  4. Manage fleet data and generate reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum [X] years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
