About the Role

As a Fraud Risk and Prevention Strategist at IAG, you will play a key role in shaping our fraud risk management capabilities and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve fraud risk maturity across our Australian insurance business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective fraud risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on fraud risk management initiatives
About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience in fraud management or risk management, preferably in a complex corporate environment
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
  • You can assess and link strategic goals with operational decisions, demonstrating your ability to drive business outcomes
  • You have practical knowledge of relevant laws, legislations, and codes related to the general insurance industry
