We are seeking a dynamic Retail Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on planning and executing sales strategies for key store accounts, including annual sales targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the retail strategy for key main store accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth opportunities and increase market share.
  • Provide innovative solutions that differentiate us from competitors, ensuring brand-aligned representation in-store.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective merchandising and brand representation.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and margins with key accounts.
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, driving strong results.
  • Strong negotiation skills, influencing at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Clear communication, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • High level of business acumen.
