At Access Psych, we are committed to providing exceptional mental health services to our clients. We are currently seeking experienced General Registered Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, or Qualified Counsellors to join our team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work with a diverse range of clients, including those accessing Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to individuals with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Care: Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, working collaboratively with them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to facilitate client return to work and re-engagement with the community.
  • Clinical Skills: Utilize your clinical skills to complete assessments and interventions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.
  • Flexibility and Autonomy: Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, working face-to-face with clients while also having opportunities for hybrid telehealth/faceto-face roles.

Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist, AASW accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker, or ACA level 3/4 certification as a Counsellor.
  • Willingsness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation.
  • Permanent residency in Australia.
  • Passion for improving lives through work and health.
  • Interest in working with workers compensation clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual income of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience.
