Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior National Account Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and manage key relationships with leading Chemist partners across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through prime shelf space negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in the beauty industry
About You:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the FMCG or beauty sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strategic mindset and ability to develop and implement effective account management plans to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about the beauty industry
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles, ideally within the FMCG or beauty sector
  • Deep understanding of the beauty industry, with a keen eye for current trends and a passion for driving sales growth
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to secure prime shelf space and drive sales growth
