Strategic Leadership Role

As a key leader, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with the bank's overall strategy
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the transformation initiatives
  • Drive cultural change to promote DevSecOps practices and mindset across the organization
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams to implement DevSecOps best practices, tools, and automation
  • Oversee the transition of existing systems and processes to align with DevSecOps principles
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and progress of the transformation

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in software engineering ideally gained in a complex enterprise environment
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including a deep understanding of modern software development and security principles
  • Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking skills to deliver on agreed objectives
  • The ability to communicate transformation progress, challenges, and successes to both internal and external stakeholders
