About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our digital transformation initiative. As a Strategic IT Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for driving strategic uplift of our IT infrastructure platforms to ensure seamless delivery of digital and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Windows services, storage, networking, telecommunications, mobility, and business applications for our technology division.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting and performing network infrastructure diagnostics, monitoring, and analysis for vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, and/or Aruba.
  • Expert knowledge of current technology and application concepts and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills, including stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing solution design initiatives via managed service providers in complex enterprise environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT/Information Systems or related discipline, and extensive demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Relevant industry qualifications, e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2, Microsoft Azure/365 certification.
