Leading Quality Engineering Transformation Expert

A leading expert in quality engineering is required to drive large-scale transformations in enterprise settings.

The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience driving quality-engineering transformations and 5+ years hands-on experience with the Tricentis product suite. They will have deep expertise in test strategy across functional, and test management domains, as well as expert knowledge of DevOps culture, CI/CD tooling, cloud environments, and both Agile and traditional lifecycles.

As a trusted advisor, they will build long-term partnerships with senior technology and business leaders at our largest customers. They will act as a facilitator for strategic discussions, bringing deep expertise in software testing and quality engineering.

They will start each engagement with a structured assessment of current testing practices, tool landscape, and business goals. From these findings, they will proactively create a living, outcome-based roadmap that lifts testing maturity, embeds AI-enabled quality engineering, and defines measurable success criteria.

They will work closely with the Customer Growth team to align on adoption targets, monitor health indicators, and uncover opportunities for additional value. They will bring together Tricentis product specialists and solution architects to deliver tailored workshops on quality engineering principles, product capabilities, and best practices.

They will run strategic checkpoints to ensure the roadmap stays aligned with customer priorities and guide delivery teams in implementing new strategies, measurement frameworks, and process improvements.

They will lead quarterly executive reviews, share data-driven insights, and adjust plans when priorities evolve. Their blend of thought leadership, technical expertise, and proactive leadership results in higher customer maturity, broader adoption of the Tricentis platform, and measurable value realization for the customer.

• Build trusted relationships with senior technology and business leaders to champion the strategic value of the Tricentis platform
• Lead discovery workshops to baseline testing practices, tool landscape, and business objectives
• Translate findings into an outcome-based roadmap that elevates testing maturity, embeds AI-driven quality engineering, and defines clear success metrics
• Coordinate Tech Hub and Product specialists to deliver targeted capability workshops, hands-on coaching, and maturity-building sessions at each roadmap milestone
• Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to quantify adoption, quality gains, and value realized, providing data-driven updates throughout the engagement
• Govern execution through regular checkpoints and quarterly reviews, presenting insights, tracking progress, and realigning plans as priorities evolve
• Provide high-level solution architecture guidance, effort estimates, and risk-mitigation recommendations for complex quality engineering programs
• Capture lessons learned and customer feedback to refine advisory methodologies, tools, and service offerings, feeding insights into product and service roadmaps
• Mentor and develop Tricentis consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and continuous capability growth
• Travel as required to support strategic customer engagements and global initiatives

• 15+ years' experience driving large-scale quality-engineering transformations in enterprise settings
• 5+ years hands-on experience with the Tricentis product suite
• Deep expertise in test strategy across functional, and test management domains
• Expert knowledge of DevOps culture, CI/CD tooling, cloud environments, and both Agile and traditional lifecycles
• Ability to craft end-to-end solution architectures and anticipate delivery risks early
• Proven success establishing KPIs, tracking value, and presenting clear, data-driven results
• Influential leader with strong client-facing, relationship-building, and facilitation skills
• Skilled communicator comfortable briefing senior technology and business stakeholders
• Experienced in mobilizing diverse teams and coordinating targeted capability workshops
• Analytical thinker who converts metrics into practical improvement plans
• Works autonomously and collaboratively across global, hybrid teams
• Willing and able to travel throughout APAC as business needs dictate
