Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing to join our team at Zip Co. This is a newly created role within our AU finance organization, and we need a tax professional to own the Transfer Pricing obligations and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Transfer Pricing Policy: Develop and implement the Transfer Pricing policy at Group Finance level, ensuring compliance with OECD framework and arm's length principles.
- Manage Transfer Pricing Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of Transfer Pricing reports, including Country By Country Reporting and International Dealings Schedule disclosures.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with Group Finance teams, management, and operational teams to ensure all data is captured and advise on the appropriate Transfer Pricing methodology.
- Implement Tax Processes: Develop and implement tax processes and projects, including transactions, systems, and processes, to ensure efficient and effective tax compliance.
- Provide Tax Advice: Provide sound business advice on tax risks and benefits, and develop tax positions and advice that are accurate and optimally beneficial to the Group.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Tax Developments: Analyze new tax legislation and other tax developments/announcements and provide analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
- 10+ Years of Tax Experience: Post-graduate taxation related experience in a chartered and multinational business environment.
- Transfer Pricing Expertise: Deep experience with corporate income tax across compliance, provisioning, and advice, including OECD framework and arm's length principles.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively evaluate tax risks and benefits and provide sound business advice, and work with different stakeholders across the Group and all levels of Finance, Management, and Operational teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with tax software and skills to project manage implementation.
