Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead projects and foster relationships with clients and the agency team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related business, with a passion for shopper marketing and promotions.

  • Contact with clients on campaigns managed daily
  • Operational excellence on campaigns managed ensuring
  • Gaining knowledge of clients' businesses, industries, and competition
  • Informing Account Directors on project status
  • Contact reports and meeting notes complete and distributed to clients and/or agency partners as appropriate
  • Scope documents initiated/drafted working with the team to ready for client review and approval
  • Implementation of project deliverables day-to-day; ensures deliverables are client-ready
  • Financial management skills including cost estimates and internal/external invoice processing

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related business - sales promotion or shopper marketing experience highly regarded
  • Working knowledge of multi-touch point communication programs
  • Possession of a passion for shopper marketing and promotions
  • Able to understand business issues clients face in a variety of industries
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
  • Able to form and maintain good relationships
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
  • Able to think and operate with strategic orientation in addition to task/project management
  • Able to work effectively with various internal teams and business groups, including Creative and Production
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to manage up and knows when to escalate internal and/or client concerns
