Employment Services Manager Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that involves managing and supervising the daily operations of an employment services site. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

The Employment Services Manager will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services programs, provide supervision, coaching, and training to employees to ensure high-quality services, and identify areas for continued improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.

  • Managing budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management or leadership roles within employment, community services, or business services. A bachelor's degree in a related field would be highly regarded.
