  • This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for an exceptional leader to join our dedicated Children's Therapy team.

We are seeking a proactive Site Lead who can lead a transdisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals to provide high-quality services, integrating the developmental and therapeutic needs of children.

The successful candidate will have a people-first leadership style, solutions-oriented mindset, and growth mindset with ability to engage with and grow external stakeholders and potential referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve strategic goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement service delivery frameworks that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to support team members in their roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in people leadership, operations, or team management preferably in health, community, disability, education, or human services sectors.
  • Strong working knowledge of the NDIS, children's services, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive achievement of KPIs and strategic goals.
