The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of a national strategy aimed at promoting gender equality in tennis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with Member Association leadership to ensure alignment of their strategies with the national Women and Girls strategy
- Developing and delivering programs and initiatives to increase participation of women and girls in tennis
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of these programs and initiatives

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A strong commitment to promoting gender equality in sports
- Experience in developing and delivering professional development programs
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, plan work programs and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- A tertiary qualification in business management, education, sports science or a related field is desirable
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
