The Role

The Trade Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing robust relationships with tradespeople who work with ABN Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance stakeholder relationships within the construction domain
  • Conduct data analysis, generate comprehensive reports, and present findings to inform decision making on recruiting and engaging tradespeople
  • Document and implement mitigation plans for current and future relationship-related risks
  • Translate key trends and analytical insights into actionable strategies that grow and fortify relationships with tradespeople
  • Achieve relationship-driven KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of communication, collaboration, and overall stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Sound understanding of construction processes and trades
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
