  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager who will lead our cost management team in delivering comprehensive cost plans, estimates, and reports.\
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in cost management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.\
  • Experience in MEP cost management is highly desirable, as well as expertise in data centre projects or equivalent.\
  • You will be responsible for developing detailed cost plans and budgets, implementing effective cost control measures, and identifying potential cost risks.\
  • In addition, you will need to provide leadership and direction to the cost management team, coordinating efforts to deliver comprehensive cost plans, estimates, and reports.\
  • We are seeking a skilled professional who can ensure that all cost estimates are accurate and reliable, and who can communicate complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders.\
  • The successful candidate will be able to interpret complex design documents, translate them into accurate cost estimates, and present cost data clearly and concisely.\
