About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant/Practice Manager to join our team at Pure Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality accounting and taxation services to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their compliance obligations are met and providing taxation and business consulting advice.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, BAS, and taxation returns for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on taxation and superannuation matters, including SMSF accounts and returns.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability for clients.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of public practice experience in taxation, accounting, and superannuation.
  • Proven experience with HandiSoft, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and BGL Superannuation Software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong attention to detail.
