  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Confident handling budgets, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of NDIS processes and disability-related legislation
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • NSW Working with Children's Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Capacity to engage respectfully with diverse backgrounds
