Job Title: Integrated Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Staff: Include appointment attendance, on-the-spot debriefing, and response to critical incidents.
  • Advocate for Clients: Ensure timely, holistic care aligned with legislation, policies, and best practice standards.
  • Evaluate Programs: Contribute to data collection, funding reports, and national pilot evaluation activities.
