About the Role:
- This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to coordinate healthcare services for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.
You will be at the heart of a dynamic multi-agency effort, driving collaboration across sectors to shape pathways to safety, health, and well-being for vulnerable families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Program Operations: Ensure effective service delivery across all sites, supporting a high standard of care.
- Lead Collaboration Meetings: Foster strong multi-agency partnerships and integrated trauma-informed support.
- Coordinate Clinicians: Manage referrals, clinic scheduling, and systems use to ensure seamless healthcare access.
- Support Staff: Include appointment attendance, on-the-spot debriefing, and response to critical incidents.
- Advocate for Clients: Ensure timely, holistic care aligned with legislation, policies, and best practice standards.
- Evaluate Programs: Contribute to data collection, funding reports, and national pilot evaluation activities.
