Employer Engagement Professional

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Employer Engagement Partner to join our team at MatchWorks. This is an exceptionally rewarding position where no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reverse Marketing of identified engaged job ready clients to provide employment opportunities.
  • Utilize various methods to actively engage with job ready clients across regions including onsite and remote.
  • Maintain up-to-date labour market information and develop strategies to meet demands of shortage sectors.
  • Provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from MatchWorks, including departmental wage subsidies and incentives.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers, and relevant agencies.
  • Ability to assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated high level professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance focused.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Employment Services or Marketing would be advantageous.
  • Solid experience in Employment Services and understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment.
