Job Description

Labour Solutions Australia (LSA) is a national labour hire and sourcing specialist company. We provide a quality workforce solution to a wide variety of clients and industries across Australia. Our client located in Lance Creek VIC 3995 is home to some of the finest produce with premium Wagyu, grass fed and grain fed beef products.

Full time 38 hours per week 15 roles on offer ranging across all processing floors -no experience required. Pay rate-$27.32 per hour as per level 5, Site agreement. Additional payments or penalties are as per the Award.

Roles will commence as of June/July 2025 for 24 months. Applicants must be fit as the job entails repetitive lifting and standing in an upright position for the full shift Progression opportunities with training provided The role

  • Manual and repetitive labour, with lifting up to 20kg
  • Working with raw meat products
  • Packing/Labelling/Boxing products
  • General cleaning Weighing meat products
  • Transferring carcass sides which involves pushing and pulling
  • Operate packaging machines.
  • Work in cold temperatures
  • Working in dirty and smelly conditions
  • Adhere to food safety and quality assurance requirements
  • Ability to listen to and follow instructions
