About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing specialist to oversee and streamline marketing content, materials, and campaigns across various channels. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage the marketing service helpdesk, and maintain our digital asset library – all while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing requests and service helpdesk, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Provide expert coordination and project management support to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing activities including traffic management, production, content creation, and campaign coordination.
  • Manage and maintain the organisation's digital asset library (images, videos, written content, branding assets) ensuring easy accessibility and brand consistency.
  • E nsure all branding activities comply with legislation, organisational policies, values, and Codes of Practice, safeguarding sensitive personal information.
  • Lead the compilation, analysis, and reporting of marketing communications performance, identifying key metrics that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects adopting a service-oriented approach.
